Fire Marshal

This course is designed for the person assigned the formal responsibility of ensuring fire safety in their building or site. The topics or key areas cover: legislation requirements; introduction to emergency planning; fire marshal responsibilities; introduction to emergency systems; introduction or review of fire behaviour; conducting self inspections; introductions to Level I, Level II and Level III evacuations. (Note: level I = room or area, level II = floor, and level III = entire building). Level I - 8 hours, Level II - 16 hours and Level III - 24 hours.
